The staff were very nice and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
The first room had a sopping wet mattress, which was quite uncomfortable.

great amenities but staff inconsistencies
The queen studio offered excellent space for my cooking needs, which made my work trip much easier. I also appreciated the beautiful lake view that helped me relax after a busy day.
The staff training could use improvement as not all employees met my expectations.

The complimentary breakfast offered many delicious options.
I was really disappointed with our stay. The heater/air vent in our room was dirty and dusty, which made the air feel uncomfortable. While the rest of the facilities seemed clean, it left a bad impression on me. Adding to the frustration, I noticed that other guests had made a mess in the hot tub area, which detracted from the relaxation we had hoped for during our family trip.

Lovely lakeside getaway
Had a super nice stay! The view from our room was amazing, looking right out over the lake. The staff was super friendly and kept everything running smoothly. Breakfast was basic, but I loved the picnic area for snacks later. Just wish the conference room walls were thicker. we heard too much from next door.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds had a great view of the lake, which was a highlight. The beds were super comfy! I loved that they provided real mugs and glasses instead of disposable ones. The kitchenette was handy too, making it easy to whip up a quick meal. A bit of a downside was that the other staff didn’t match the manager’s helpfulness. But overall, it was a cozy spot for a stay.

Perfect for a quick getaway
It was a surprise, a cozy spot with views of the lake right from the room. Got to use the kitchenette which was a lifesaver, being able to prep a meal and enjoy a coffee on the deck while watching the ducks was just priceless really.
It was a bit costly for what we got but considering the view, I guess it was acceptable.
